The petitioner is languishing in custody in connection with P.R. No. 129 of 2019 arising out of Special Case No. 7518 of 2019, for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Allegation is regarding recovery of 160 litres of illicit country made liquor from a tempo. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 22.09.2019. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below; and (b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
