2. The petitioners have prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with his family members was going on e-rickshaw from Abhaipur Railway Station and near Kothia Tal, four persons on three bikes intercepted them and took away valuables and mobile. It is also stated by the informant that he can identify the accused persons.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. They

It is next submitted that the petitioners were never put on TIP and from the order of the trial court also, it is clear that though it has been written down that there is involvement of these petitioners which has surfaced during investigation. As the informant has stated that he can identify the petitioners but no TIP has been conducted as yet. It is further submitted that the petitioners are languishing in judicial custody since 09.08.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as custody of the petitioners, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail in connection with Piribazar P.S. Case No. 48 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Mahazabi Naaz, J.M. 1st Class, Lakhisarai.
