2. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after going through the prayer made in this writ application, it appears that the petitioner has moved before this Court without availing the alternative and efficacious remedy as available to him in law.

3. In such view of the matter, this writ application is

Patna High Court CWJC No.2260 of 2025(2) dt.11-02-2025 2/2 disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of 30 days and the concerned authority is directed to dispose of the appeal in accordance with law without being impeded by the issue of limitation.
