This application is filed for modification of order dated 01.08.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 19971 of 2019 along with analogous cases.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been granted pre-arrest bail on 01.08.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 19971 of 2019 with a direction to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks in connection with Gardanibag P.S. Case No. 500 of 2018, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Judge-XIV-cum-ACJM, Patna, but due to some unavoidable circumstances, petitioner Gautam Kumar could not surrender before the court below within the stipulated time.

No.2362 of 2020(2) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 In such view of the matter, let the time to surrender of the petitioner, namely, Gautam Kumar as ordered on 01.08.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 19971 of 2019 be further extended by three weeks from today. Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 01.08.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 19971 of 2019 is modified to the above extent.
