2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that this petitioner, along with other accused persons named in the F.I.R., defalcated the money of the informant which was invested in the non-banking company of this petitioner.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. There is no chit of paper on record to support the allegations levelled in the F.I.R.. It is further submitted that the F.I.R. has been lodged after inordinate delay of seven years and there is no plausible explanation for the

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, nature of accusation, delay in lodging of the F.I.R. and clean antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is allowed.
7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. Ist Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Janta Bazar P.S. Case No. 42 of 2016, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
