Misc. No. 52831/2019 to surrender before the trial court within four weeks, the accused persons are moving around and the police

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1823 of 2019(2) dt.04-02-2020 2/2 authorities are not taking any action against the accused persons to get issued the process under Section 82 & 83 Cr.P.C.

In the given facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice instead of keeping this Writ Application pending with this Court, it is deemed just and expedient to direct the Superintendent of Police, Gopalganj (respondent no. 3) to look into the matter, supervise the case himself and issue necessary directions and take steps to arrest the accused, if they are absconding. For this purpose, in order to arrest the absconding accused respondent no. 3 shall constitute a special team and ensure that his directions are carried out as early as possible. He will also issue all such other and further direction to the Investigating Officer which would be required in accordance with law.

This Writ Application stands disposed of accordingly.
