Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Motihari Muffasil (Lakhaura) P.S. Case No. 449 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case at the instance of his enemies. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. The alleged recovery is from a land which does not belong to this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76437 of 2019(2) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari in connection with Motihari Muffasil (Lakhaura) P.S. Case No. 449 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
