1. Mr. Abhishek Kumar, learned Advocate appears and submits that the case is to be argued by learned Advocate, Mr. Binay Kumar, but then he is not present in the Court as he has gone to the Civil Court.

2. The Court completely fails to appreciate that how such a submission has been made that the learned counsel who is to argue the matter is not present in the Court as he has gone to the Civil Court, thus, an adjournment is sought, as such, the Court is not inclined to grant adjournment.

3. The case is dismissed for non-prosecution.

4. Learned AC to SC-13 is present.
