2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 376, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 17.06.2023 at 12.00 (night), while the informant was going to attend the call of nature, this petitioner caught her and thrice committed rape with her.

4. The victim (informant), in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has supported the prosecution case.

5. Considering the same, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
