2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.T. No. 168/2023 arising out of Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 285 of 2022 registered on 11.04.2022 lodged under Sections 399, 402, 414, 411, 412 and 413 of the I.P.C. which has been granted bail vide order dated 22.02.2023 in Cr. Misc. No.61128 of 2022 only if charge has been framed.

3. Counsel further submits that petitioner is in custody since 12.04.2022, counsel further submits that charge has not been framed at that time so bail application of the petitioner was rejected but at this juncture, charge has been framed on 22.01.2024.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes to prayer for bail.

5. From the fresh progress report it transpires that the trial is likely to be concluded within short period of six months.

6. In the present facts and circumstances of this case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the bail application of the petitioner stands rejected. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Sunnykr/- U
