Following reliefs have been sought for in the present writ application on behalf of the petitioners: "For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ/order/direction to the respondents to consider the petitioners as a trained Block/Panchayat Teacher since the date of completion of two years D.P.E. (Three Modules) in service teacher training course and not from the date of passing the Enrichment Programme, and accordingly to grant all consequential benefits including the
payment of arrears of differences of salary". On behalf of the petitioners, it has been submitted that the case of the petitioners is squarely covered by the order dated 15-05-2018 passed in CWJC No. 8948 of 2018.
The Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna (respondent No. 3) is directed to examine the case of the petitioners in the light of the order referred above and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
