2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 109, 76, 303(2), 296, 352, 351(2) and 351(3) of B.N.S., 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that the accused persons were playing vulgar songs in a marriage, as such, the informant objected, leading to an altercation and Santosh dashed the informant on the ground and

No.82153 of 2025(2) dt.17-02-2026 2/3 assaulted her, thereafter Dinbandhu torn her clothes, further Santosh assaulted Nagendra by an iron rod causing injury on head, thereafter accused persons also assaulted seven named injured causing injury while Rohit and Mithilesh snatched informant's gold Jitiya.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that the date of occurrence is 05.06.2025 and the FIR came to be instituted on 09.06.2025 after a delay of four days without any plausible explanation. It is also submitted that from perusal of the allegations, as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that no specific allegation of assault is alleged against the petitioners and even women members of the family have been implicated. It is also submitted that petitioners are not criminals.

5. Learned APP opposes the anticipatory bail application.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of
