2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Belaganj P.S Case No. 711 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 of the I.P.C and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, arms and ammunition were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that earlier bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 12729 of 2024.

It is further submitted that charge has already been framed against the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner is in judicial custody since 29.11.2023.

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M, 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Belaganj P.S Case No. 711 of 2023 subject to condition that petitioner shall remain physically present before the trial Court on each and every dated fixed by the trial Court till conclusion of the trial.
