2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Piplawan P.S. Case No. 78 of 2025 / Special POCSO Case No. 247 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 137(2), 96 of the BNS and adding Section 8/12 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have abducted the victim.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he in custody since 26.05.2025. He further submits that the petitioner and the victim were in relationship and they have got married also.

5. Learned counsel for the informant, though, has

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Piplawan P.S. Case No. 78 of 2025 / Spl. POCSO Case No. 247 of 2025.
