2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No. 83 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8/20(b)(ii)B of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
3. As per allegation, in course of checking the vehicle, the informant saw one man and women, having a plastic bag with him. Having seen the police party, they started to flee away but on chase, though the man escaped but the lady was nabbed and from her possession 1.5kg ganja was recovered.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that nothing was recovered from his possession. As per allegation, 1.5kg of ganja was recovered from one Radhika Devi, who is wife of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1271 of 2024(2) dt.31-01-2024 2/2 the petitioner. The said Radhika Devi has been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-IIcum-Special Judge, NDPS Act, Muzaffarpur in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No. 83 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
