2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawing this application to raise all the grounds at the stage of framing of charge.

4. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

If such an application is filed by the petitioners raising all the grounds then the same shall be considered by the trial Court in view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Kanchan Kumar Vs. State of Bihar reported in (2022), 9 SCC 577. The trial Court will consider each and every ground raised by the petitioners while considering the discharge application.
