The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hazipur Town P.S. Case No. 153 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Section 25(1-B)A/26 of the Arms Act.

The allegation is regarding recovery of one loaded country made pistol, two Master-keys and one Mobile from the petitioner herein.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 11.03.2018. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the
