2. This writ petition has been filed for the following relief(s):

Patna High Court CWJC No.19465 of 2024(2) dt.07-01-2025 2/2 (i) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ or writs, direction or directions, commanding upon the State respondents specially the District Magistrate, Saharsa to get reconstructed house of the petitioner, which has been broken by respondent nos.8 to 13 forcibly making the petitioner homeless and to restore the possession of the petitioner land bearing R.S.P. No.3018 over which the petitioner house was standing situated in Village - Hathmandal, P.S. & Anchal Itahari, District Saharsa.

(ii) To pass any other order/orders as this Court thinks fit & proper under the facts & circumstances of this case.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate petition before the appropriate authority.

4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this case is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner, as prayed for.
