1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Bhangha P.S. Case no.61 of 2023 registered under sections 20(b)(ii)(B), 22(b) and 23(b) of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 2 kg of ganja was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. He is in custody since 11.8.2023 and chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations in the F.I.R., the petitioner having remained in custody since 11.8.2023 and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Bhangha P.S. Case no. 61 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran.
