Though the present petition has been filed for cancellation of the sale deed, registered vide Dastavej Serial No.3358, dated 04.06.18, Dastavej Serial No.3305, dated 04.06.2018, Dastavej Serial No.3360, dated 04.06.2018 and Dastavej Serial No.3307, dated 04.06.2018, in connection with the land, appertaining to Khata No.295, Khesra No.1246, situated at Mauza-Haspura, Thana No.13, Village-Mokri, P.S. and P.O. Arwal, District-Arwal as also for cancellation of the aforesaid sale deeds on the grounds of payment of deficit stamp

Patna High Court CWJC No.19427 of 2024(2) dt.03-01-2025 2/2 duty, however, at the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present petition, nonetheless, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a Civil Suit before the learned Civil Court of competent jurisdiction. Liberty so sought is granted.

2. The writ petition stands dismissed.
