2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 103(1), 80, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. The petitioner is husband of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. As a matter of fact, the deceased died due to burn injury while she was cooking food. Parents of the deceased were also present in hospital while deceased was under-treatment. Charge has been framed on 27.11.2025. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 19.08.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 89 of 2025.
