"For issuance of rule of contempt against the contemner opposite party in willfully disobeying and defaulting the order dated 24.11.2017 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 11428/2017 which was filed by the petitioner by way of public interest litigation to remove the encroachment." After the matter was heard for some time, Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner shall be content if he is allowed to approach Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 in the writ petition, namely, General Manager, East Central Railway,

Patna High Court MJC No.1641 of 2018(4) dt.17-02-2020 2/2 Hajipur, Vaishali and D.R.M. East Central Railway, Danapur, Patna respectively, with a further prayer that the said authorities be directed to consider the request expeditiously. Prayer, as prayed for, granted.
