2. Present writ petition has been filed for quashing Memo no. 406 dated 20.2.2017, issued by the District Education Officer, Munger.

3. At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be given liberty to file representation before respondent no.3 for redressal of the grievances.

4. In view of the nature of prayer made in the writ petition, let petitioner file a detailed representation before

Patna High Court CWJC No.18986 of 2024(2) dt.17-12-2024 2/2 respondent no.3 within a period of six weeks from today.

5. In the event such representation is filed, respondent no.3 shall examine claim of the petitioner and dispose of the representation by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law after hearing the parties, within a period of two months from the date of filing of the said representation.

6. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
