1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504, 506, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, these petitioner along with other co-accused persons assaulted the informant and his mother.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Doctor has found the injuries simple in nature. He further submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by Co-ordinate Benches of this Court in Cr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1152 of 2024(2) dt.29-01-2024 2/2 Misc. No. 56376 of 2023 vide order dated 16.10.2023 and Cr. Misc. No. 66438 of 2023 vide order dated 18.10.2023.

5. Learned counsel for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M.F.C., Samastipur in connection with Mohiuddin Nagar P. S. Case No. 126 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, with further condition that one of the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
