2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.T. No. 1692 of 2025 arising out of Khushrupur P. S. Case No. 64 of 2024 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused persons assaulted and committed murder of Bhukhiya Devi and one unknown person near Ganga river because of their illicit relationship.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific accusation against this petitioner and he has been made accused in this case only on suspicion. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80946 of 2025(2) dt.03-12-2025 2/2 already been granted regular bail by co-ordinate Benches of this Hon'ble Court vide Annexure-P2. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 21.04.2025.
5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the nature of accusation, clean antecedent and period of custody, this bail application is allowed. The petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District Judge-I, Patna City in connection with Khushrupur P. S. Case No. 64 of 2024.
