Petitioner is an accused in connection with Ravtara P.S. Case No. 77 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the first information report and there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 07.07.2019. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
