The petitioner seeks bail in Bikramganj P.S. Case No.453 of 2019, registered under Section 216 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner was apprehended along with other persons but from possession of the petitioner only one mobile was recovered for that the petitioner is in jail since 15.09.2019. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about three months. Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Bikramganj, District Rohtas in connection with Bikramganj P.S.
