The petitioner seeks bail in Sikty P.S. Case No.200 of 2018 registered for offence punishable under Sections 25 (1-B), 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner has been made an accused in the present case on the basis of confessional statement of coaccused Md. Kabul. The petitioner is in custody since 15.11.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Araria in connection with Sikty
