The matter relates to appointment on compassionate ground.

3. The father of the petitioner was kidnapped allegedly by Chandan Prasad along with Umesh Singh and Sunil Rai and it has been alleged that they have killed the father of the petitioner, for that, a Police Case no. 47 of 2011 was lodged.

4. As has been stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that charge sheet has been submitted and the criminal trial is going on.

5. As per the State, there were some lacunas in the application filed by the petitioner, but no specific detail has been mentioned about the nature of lacuna but it has been stated that the case of the petitioner is under consideration for his appointment on compassionate ground.

6. Let the Authority take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt or production of a copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, this application is disposed of.
