The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 67 of 2018, for the offences punishable under Section 273 of Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a)/ 38/41 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 42 liters of country made liquor from the motorcycle of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and is having a clean antecedent.
