The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 147, 148, 149, 337, 323, 435, 436, 427, 332, 295A, 333, 353, 153-A, 379, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the co-accused having more or less similar allegation has already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 34952 of 2018 and the case of this petitioner stands of similar footing. Hence, the petitioners may be

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 98 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
