2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 225 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the criminals have looted Rs. 1,86,373 from the informant.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 10.07.2023 and materials have come during investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime.

5. The petitioner is accused in four more cases of similar and serious nature.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
