2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 572/2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103, 238, 61(2), 3(5) of B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner and others are said to have killed the deceased by pressing his neck.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that from the post-mortem report, it appears that the deceased has committed suicide and there is no injury on the dead body of the deceased which falsifies the prosecution case. Petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 11.08.2025. The petitioner

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court below in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 572 of 2024.
