Mr.Jitendra Kr. Roy 1 (Sc13) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-10-2020 Due to COVID-19 Pandemic, the matter is being taken up by way of Virtual Court proceeding.

The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Heard the parties.

Following relief has been sought for in paragraph 1 of the present writ application on behalf of the petitioner: "That this petition is directed for issuance of an appropriate writ or direction commanding the Respondents to give all retiral dues like Gratuity Provident Fund, Leave Encashment and fix pension admissible to the petitioner immediately."

Patna High Court CWJC No.24277 of 2019(4) dt.09-10-2020 2/2 A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents. From perusal of the same, it appears that most of the grievances of the petitioner have already been redressed by the respondents.

If any of the grievance still remains to be redressed by the respondents, the petitioner shall make/file a representation before the competent authority, who shall consider the same and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of making/filing of such representation.

Learned counsel for the Accountant General submits that necessary authorization slip of the petitioner shall be released at the earliest preferably within a period of two months from the date of order.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
