====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 03-01-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the Magadh University.

2. By filing the present writ application, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent Authorities to pay the arrear of remuneration of the petitioner from August, 2012 to September, 2012, October, 2016 to March, 2020 and July, 2021 to July, 2022 along with interest for the work/classes taken by the petitioner who was appointed as part time Lecturer in the Department of History on ad hoc basis at Jagjeevan College, Gaya with concurrence of the Magadh University, Bodh Gaya, but his remuneration of the aforesaid period has not been paid.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed several applications before the respondent Authorities for redressal of his grievances, but till date, nothing

4. Considering the aforesaid discussions, I deem it proper to direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Registrar, Magadh University Bodh Gaya, Gaya (respondent no.

3) along with the supporting documents within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and the respondent no. 3 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order within twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the representation of the petitioner after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his counsel and also grant consequential benefits to the petitioner if he shall be found entitled for the same.

5. Needless to state that the Registrar, Magadh University Bodh Gaya, Gaya (respondent no. 3) shall be solely responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
