2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No. 514 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have committed the murder of the deceased and his role has come during scientific investigation to connect him with the alleged crime.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 30.08.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
