Patna High Court CWJC No.10110 of 2018(4) dt.27-11-2018 2/2 A supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 to 5 in which vide Annexure-N, it is evident that the office of the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna by order dated 20.11.2018 has submitted P.P.O to the Treasury Office, Banka with regard to the pension and gratuity. With regard to G.P.F., the amount has already been credited in the bank account of the petitioner which is evident by Annexure-O dated 16.11.2018 issued by the G.P.F. Office, District-Bhagalpur.
