This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Mahila P.S. Case No.03 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 4 of the POCSO Act.

The petitioner is accused of committing rape upon the victim.

All the witnesses have been examined in the trial. Now, the trial is being delayed by the petitioner. 5.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is rejected.
