Excise officials recovered 32 litres of toddy from a hut allegedly belonging to the petitioner having no criminal antecedent as is evident from para-3 of the petition and is under custody since 1.10.2019.

Consequent thereupon, the petitioner, Ramashish Paswan, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge II cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Samastipur in connection with Excise Case No. 433/2019.
