The Opposite Parties have to explain the statements

Patna High Court C. REV. No.147 of 2018(5) dt.19-09-2018 2/2 made at the time of disposal of the writ petition that payment of Rs. 25,000/-, recovered from the petitioner, has already been made. It was stated on behalf of the State that refund of that amount has already been made in order to impress upon the Court that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed although such payment was not made by the respondents to the petitioner.
