Petitioners are accused in connection with Excise Case No. 258 of 2019 registered under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that earlier, prayer of the petitioners for bail was rejected on 23.10.2019 by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 65127 of 2019 with observation that petitioners may renew their prayer for bail after farming of charge. Further submission is that charge has already been submitted on 04.11.2019, as detailed in Annexure-3 to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77928 of 2019(2) dt.29-01-2020 2/2 bail application.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Gopalganj in connection with Excise Case No. 258 of 2019.
