2. The present application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 05.04.2018 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Sheikhpura in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No.02/2015 arising out of Barbigha P.S. Case No.243 of 2014, by which cognizance of offence under Section 20(A)(B) of the Excise Act has been taken against the petitioner.

3. It has been informed by the learned District Court vide Letter dated 20.08.2025 that the trial has already progressed and is at the stage of evidence in connection with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36118 of 2018(3) dt.15-09-2025 2/2 Barbigha P.S. Case No.243 of 2014.

4. In view of the changed stage of trial, the present quashing application stands consigned with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy.
