2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 992 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of cheating the informant of Rs. 4 lacs for promising the sale of the land.

4. The petitioner is also accused in similar cases and he is in jail since 04.09.2023.

5. Learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
