Petitioner is accused in connection with Gopalganj (Town) P.S. Case No. 340 of 2018 registered under Sections 414 of the I.P.P.C. and 25(1-b)A/26 of the Arms Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier, prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected on 25.01.2019 by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 78590 of 2018 with observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after farming of charge. Further submission is that charge has already been framed on 06.12.2018, as detailed in paragraph-13 of the bail application.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75586 of 2019(2) dt.29-01-2020 2/2 of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj (Town) P.S. Case No. 340 of 2018.
