From perusal of the record, it transpires that vide order dated 10.04.2026, four weeks' peremptory time was granted to learned counsel for the petitioner to remove the defect/s, as pointed out by the office. But, as per the office notes dated 18.06.2026, it appears that defect nos. 49 & 80 have not

3. As such, the present M.J.C. petition stands dismissed for default due to non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 10.04.2026.
