2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 170 of 2022 (G.R.-3189 of 2022) registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, due to a trivial dispute, the petitioner is said to have stabbed the victim in his stomach. The petitioner is in jail since 10.07.2022.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing
