Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now selection of Angan Bari Sewika has been done afresh for Ward No 11, Centre No 121 falling under Panchayat - Ichua Karna, Village - Amarpur, Block - Nardiganj in the district of Nawada. It is submitted by petitioner's counsel that earlier the petitioner had challenged the order of the District Programme Officer

Patna High Court CWJC No.24386 of 2019(2) dt.31-01-2020 2/2 dated 07.05.2019 under which the petitioner's selection was held to be bad. Now, the selection has been done afresh. In view of such submission, this Court would observe that petitioner would have to avail her remedy before the competent Authority under the Guidelines, as amended with effect from 25.07.2019.

With liberty, as aforesaid, writ petition stands disposed of.
