2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 309(4) of B.N.S.

3. The case of the prosecution is that two persons armed with pistol arrived, they have masked their face and on the gun point, locked the informant in the toilet and took away Rs. 1,96,000/- kept the cash box.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the FIR was lodged against unknown miscreants. During investigation, petitioner was apprehended on the basis of his criminal antecedents. He is

Learned counsel has further submitted that save and except his confessional statement, there is nothing against him. No recovery has been made from his possession. Moreover, he is languishing in judicial custody since 31.05.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 05 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIIIth, Vaishali at Hajipur.
