2. The present application has been preferred: for modification of the order dated 25.09.2025 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc.

No. 67653 of 2025.

3. Earlier, on 25.09.2025, relief was granted to the petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 67653 of 2025.

4. Now, this petition has been filed submitting that since he is doing job outside Bihar and was suffering from diseases, as such, the delay. The prayer is for extension of four weeks.

5. The State has no objection.

6. In that background, the Cr. Misc. No. 83497 of 2025 is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 500 to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.
