This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Sono P.S. Case No.412 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 140(3) and 96 of the B.N.S., 2023 and under section 4 of the POCSO Act.

The petitioner is said to have kidnapped the daughter of the informant. He is in custody since 14.10.2025. 4.

From the materials available on record, it appears that the victim girl had eloped with the petitioner. 5.

Considering the aforesaid fact, this bail application is allowed.
